Before you start:
You can action contacts from:
- Revealed Contacts (single hub), or
- Any Contact / Intent Search results table (after revealing).
Use the left-side checkboxes to select one, many, or all contacts on the page, then open the Actions menu.
1) Add to List:
Use when you want to organise contacts for campaigns or later exports.
Steps
- Select contacts → Actions → Add to List.
- Choose existing list or click Create new list.
- Click Add. You’ll see a confirmation and a link to the list.
Good to know
- You can bulk-add thousands (paged selection supported).
- Great as a “staging area” before CRM/ads syncs.
2) Export (CSV):
Use for quick offline analysis or to upload elsewhere.
Steps
- Select contacts → Actions → Export CSV.
- Choose Fields (recommended: Email, First/Last name, Job title, Company, Domain, Phone, Country, Source/Intent).
- Name your file → Export (downloads immediately).
Good to know
- Only revealed fields are exported.
- Handle PII securely within your policies.
3) Add to LinkedIn Ads Audience:
Use to run matched-audience campaigns.
Steps
- Ensure LinkedIn Ads account is connected (Integrations).
- Select contacts → Actions → Add to LinkedIn Ads Audience.
- Choose your Audience (or Create new).
- Click Confirm.
Good to know
- Audiences may take time to build; minimum sizes apply (set by LinkedIn).
- Keep audiences fresh by re-syncing via Lists or LeadFlows.
4) Send to Integrations (CRM & automation):
Push contacts straight into the tools your teams live in.
Salesforce:
- Select contacts → Actions → Send to Salesforce.
- Pick Object (Lead / Contact / Account).
- Choose Owner, Stage etc.
- Send and review the sync log.
HubSpot:
- Send to HubSpot.
- Choose the Owner.
- Click Confirm.
Microsoft Dynamics:
- Send to Dynamics.
- Choose Entity (Lead / Contact / Account) and Owner/Team.
- (Optional) Add to a Marketing List.
- Map fields → Send.
Good to know (all integrations):
- Your CRM’s dedupe rules still apply.
- Use tags/campaigns/source to keep attribution clean.
- Check sync logs if anything looks off.
5) Add to Cadence (package dependent)
Enroll contacts into a multi-step outreach sequence.
Steps
- Select contacts → Actions → Add to Cadence.
- Choose Cadence and Sender (mailbox/user).
- Confirm.
Note: Cadence functionality depends on your package.
Troubleshooting & tips:
- Don’t see an action? Check your permissions or whether the integration is connected.
- Duplicates? If a contact is revealed in one search, it’s bypassed in others—you won’t spend credits twice.
- CRM errors? Usually caused by missing required fields—open the sync log, adjust the mapping, and resend.
- Small ad audiences? Broaden filters or add more contacts; ad platforms enforce minimum audience sizes.
- Best flow: Add to a List → push to CRM (sales) and Ads (remarketing) → Slack alert the owner.
