A Watchlist allows you to track and prioritise the key accounts that matter most to your team. By grouping high-value companies into Watchlists, you create a focused view of their intent activity, making it easier to monitor engagement and take timely action.
π You can create multiple Watchlists for different strategies β e.g., regional focus, industry verticals, or strategic accounts.
Creating a Watchlist:
- Navigate to Active Accounts β Watchlist.
- Click Add Watchlist in the top-right corner.
- Enter a name, description, and optional colour code.
- Add company domains manually or import them from a CSV file.
Once created, your Watchlist becomes a subset of your intent data filtered to those specific companies.
Adding Companies to a Watchlist:
You have two ways to add domains:
- Manually β Type a domain into the box and click the arrow to confirm.
- CSV Import β Upload a file with all domains you want to include. (Download the example CSV as a template.)
π To remove domains:
- Click the x beside a domain to remove one company.
- Select Remove Filters to clear all domains at once.
- Confirm changes by clicking Update Settings.
Understanding the Watchlist Table:
Each Watchlist is displayed in a simple table with the following columns:
- Watchlist Name β the label you created.
- Description β a short note on the Watchlistβs purpose.
- Company Domains β number of domains currently in the Watchlist.
- Manage β add or remove domains via Update Settings.
- Actions β rename, update description/colour, or delete the Watchlist.
π Companies in your Watchlists are labelled in the intent table so you can instantly see which account belongs to which Watchlist.
Filtering by Watchlists:
- Use the All Watchlists filter to view only accounts from specific Watchlists.
- Choose one or multiple Watchlists from the dropdown to focus your results.
This allows you to drill down on activity from your highest-priority accounts.
Best Practices:
π Segment strategically β create Watchlists by region, vertical, or tier (e.g., Tier 1 strategic accounts).
π Review regularly β keep your lists updated by adding new accounts and removing irrelevant ones.
π Use with filters β combine Watchlists with additional filters (e.g., spikes, industry, location) for sharper targeting.
π Label clearly β use descriptions and colours so Watchlists are easy to identify across your team.
