LeadFlows automate the process of revealing contacts and pushing them into your sales and marketing tools. Instead of manually revealing and exporting data, you can let LeadFlows handle it — ensuring you never miss opportunities from intent signals.
Step 1: Create a LeadFlow:
- From an IQL Search / Contact Search, click “Add New”.
- The LeadFlow Trigger window will open.
Step 2: Configure your reveal settings:
- Name your LeadFlow → give it a clear title so you can identify it later.
- Frequency → choose how often the reveal should run (e.g. daily, weekdays, weekly, monthly).
- Number of reveals → set how many contacts should be revealed each cycle.
- Max reveals per company → prevent overloading your outreach by capping contacts from the same account.
Step 3: Select your actions:
Decide what should happen once contacts are revealed. You can choose from the following options:
- Add to List → send contacts into a saved list within the platform.
- Add to Cadence → enrol contacts into your pre-built sales cadences for outreach.
Note: Cadence functionality is package dependent and may not be available in all accounts.
- Add to LinkedIn Ads Audience → sync contacts into your LinkedIn campaign audiences.
- Add to Google Ads Audience → push contacts into Google Ads list for remarketing or targeting.
- Add to Facebook Ads Audience → push contacts into Facebook Ads list.
- Add to Slack → send real-time alerts to your chosen Slack channel.
- Send to Salesforce → push contacts directly into Salesforce.
- Send to HubSpot → sync contacts into HubSpot for marketing or sales workflows.
- Send to Dynamics → export contacts to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Move your chosen actions into the Activated panel to turn them on.
Once you’ve moved an action into the Activated panel, you’ll also be able to customise the settings for each action — for example, selecting which list contacts should go to, choosing the Slack channel to send alerts to, or specifying the LinkedIn/Google/Facebook audience to sync with.
Step 4: Save and activate:
Click Save Options to finalise your LeadFlow. It will now run automatically based on your chosen frequency and settings.
You can view, edit, or deactivate your LeadFlows at any time from the Automations tab. There’s also a LeadFlows summary page where all of your LeadFlows are listed in one place, making it easy to see which are active and quickly turn them on or off as needed.
Best practices:
- Start small → test with a limited number of reveals before scaling.
- Balance outreach → use “Max per company” to spread reveals across accounts.
- Diversify actions → send some contacts to CRM for sales, and others into ad audiences for remarketing.
- Monitor results → track performance by reviewing revealed contacts and adjusting frequency or filters as needed.
FAQs:
Can I have multiple LeadFlows from the same search?
Yes. You can create multiple LeadFlows pointing to different actions — for example, one feeding Salesforce and another feeding LinkedIn Ads.
Do LeadFlows cost credits?
Yes. Credits are consumed each time a contact is revealed via a LeadFlow.
Can I pause or edit a LeadFlow later?
Yes. You can deactivate or update any LeadFlow from your automations list at any time.
What if a contact appears in multiple searches?
Once a contact is revealed in one search, it will be automatically bypassed in other searches. This ensures you never waste credits or end up with duplicate contacts across multiple searches.
