Revealed Contacts is your central hub for every prospect you’ve unlocked — whether through Intent Searches or Contact Searches.
Instead of jumping between different tools or lists, this page gives you one unified view of your entire revealed universe. From here, you can filter, organise, and action your contacts — making it easy to move them into lists, sync with your CRM, or build ad audiences.
Think of it as your prospect command centre: everything in one place, ready to activate.
Accessing Revealed Contacts:
- In your dashboard, click the Revealed Contacts tab.
- You’ll see a table of all contacts you’ve revealed to date, regardless of source.
- Use the quick view options to drill into company-level insights or browse across your entire repository.
Understanding the contacts table:
Each row gives you a snapshot of your revealed prospects:
- Date – when the contact was revealed.
- Company – where they work, with a quick view into company-level insights and other available contacts.
- Company details – industry, size, and location.
- Contact details – full name and job title.
- Contact information – verified email and phone (if available).
- Status – whether the contact is still active in a search.
- Actions – what you can do next with this contact.
Actions you can take:
From the Actions menu (individually or in bulk), you can:
- Add to a List for ongoing nurture.
- Export to CSV for campaigns or reporting.
- Send to Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics to keep your CRM up to date.
- Add to a LinkedIn Ads Audience to expand your reach.
- Delete contacts you no longer need.
This means every contact you reveal is instantly usable, not just stored.
Filtering revealed contacts:
Click Filter in the top-right to refine your view. Filters include:
- Source – intent vs. contact search.
- Industry – focus on key verticals.
- Phase – sort intent-driven contacts by buying stage.
- Location – filter by company HQ or individual contact geography.
- Date range – see only the most recent (or historical) reveals.
Once filtered, you can export or sync just that segment into your lists, CRM, or ad audiences.
Best practices:
- Don’t let contacts sit idle – action them quickly while interest is fresh.
- Segment smartly – combine filters like industry + geography to build focused lists.
- Spot hidden opportunities – use the company quick view to find other decision-makers at the same account.
FAQs:
Can I see where a contact came from?
Yes. Use the Source filter to break down contacts by intent search or contact search. There is also an icon below the company to outline the source it came from.
Why do some contacts have no phone number?
Direct dials are included where available, but not every record has one. Emails are always verified.
Can I delete contacts?
Yes. Use the Delete action to remove contacts you no longer need.
Is there a limit to how many revealed contacts I can store?
No. Your repository grows as you reveal more — it’s your ongoing history of engagement.
